Who Is Doing What?
Today we connect a doer with an action in one clear picture: the cat jumps, the child reads, and the bird flies. The aim is shared attention and meaning, not grammar terminology or a complete spoken answer.
Today's Approach
Amara is about 2 years and 7 months old. Keep each activity to 3–8 minutes. Looking, pointing, moving, saying one word, staying quiet, pausing, or declining all count. Use only the poster and audio; she never has to answer both “who” and “what.”

Goals

1. Chinese Picture Talk
Time: 5–8 minutes.
Say, “谁在跳？猫在跳。”“谁在看书？孩子在看书。”“谁在飞？鸟在飞。” Supply the answer naturally instead of waiting to test Amara.
She may point only to the cat, say only “飞,” or look at one panel. Expand once—“对，鸟飞”—and continue without requiring a full sentence.
2. English Time
Time: 3–5 minutes.

3. Early Maths: 1, 2, 3
Time: 3–5 minutes.
Count only the bottom strip: one complete cat, two complete books, and three complete birds. Count each subject once; ignore stripes, pages, and wings.
4. Movement, Everyday Life, and Boundaries
Time: 3–5 minutes.
The adult may stay seated and use tiny gestures: two fingers rise for “jumps,” two hands open for “reads,” and one palm glides for “flies.” Amara may join or only watch; she does not need to jump.
Safety and Development
Jumping and flying describe the poster only. Do not invite jumping from height, chasing wildlife, or touching birds. “Who is doing what?” must not become a chain of questions and corrections.
